We provide training in the new Care Certificate. Our classroom based training sessions include tests, practical exercises and role playing. Once the classroom side is successfully completed, we move you on to the field based training where you shadow a senior member of staff in the field. There are assessments on both stages of the training to ensure your competency.

The Care Certificate is a set of standards for health and social care workers. It is designed with the non-regulated workforce in mind. It gives everyone the confidence that the care workers come with the same set of introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours for compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support.
